If you should regret your purchase, the goods can easily be returned. Röhnisch applies a 30-day right of return and offers a simple return process through Reclaimit. Once the returned goods are received, the garments are checked and then the refunded amount is reduced with the return shipping costs, i.e. the cost of the return is debited from the original invoice.

The goods must be in their original condition, in the original packaging, and with all the labels attached. The return will not be accepted if the garment has been worn or washed. Swimwear can be returned if all tags, labels, and plastic protection are still attached and the product is unused, and still in its original packaging. Underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Röhnisch's right of return is 30 days and is calculated from the day the shipment was received. If the shipment has been delivered to a service point, the time is calculated from the day of collection.
