CRM MANAGER

Röhnisch is currently looking for a tech savvy CRM Manager to join our E-commerce team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and monitoring the daily operations within the of segmentations, automations and triggers as well as executing and monitoring campaigns. Your mission will be to build customer loyalty and brand relevance across different channels and markets. You’ll play a key role in adapting the development of new and upcoming CRM initiatives and functionalities. Your mission is to activate and engage customers across different segments, and you will be responsible for planning tailored activation campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis. This includes creative idea generation, proposal documentation, and overseeing execution.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop the CRM strategy and roadmap and adapt it into into technical solutions.
  • Daily operations in the CRM tool: set- up segmentations and workflows, execute and monitor ongoing campaigns and automations.
  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability and minimum acquisition costs.
  • Develop and monitor our customer loyalty strategy across different channels (including loyalty program).
  • Development and execution of creative awareness and acquisition-driven campaigns in paid and owned channels (including newsletter & paid ads).
  • Setting up methodology for testing, evaluating & optimize targeting, messaging, creatives.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other marketing areas (tech, marketing and product development) to align overall brand experience.
About you:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working within CRM & Marketing Automation.
  • Great knowledge and previous experience of working with CRM and/or marketing automation tools (preferably Klaviyo).
  • Experience of building automations and trigger-based marketing campaigns in CRM tools.
  • Experience of A/B testing and other analytical tools to ensure customer understanding and campaign results.
  • Experience in E-commerce business and cross-channel optimization.
  • Obsessed with digital marketing, avid searcher of industry insights and always informed on latest developments in digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Capable copywriter and 100% fluent in English, written and verbally.

ART DIRECTOR

Designed in Sweden by an all-female design team.
Röhnisch is currently looking for an experienced Art Director to join the marketing team. You’ll be working closely with both Marketing Director and Creative Director as well as the e-commerce tram and sales organization. Your task is to own, set and ensure brand alignment across all channels. In the role, you’ll conceptualize both big and small ideas and present them to stakeholders, you’ll be the owner of our large photoshoots regarding concept, brand alignment and budget. Part of the role is producing visual and tonal guidelines, as well as graphic material for the website, our stores and other platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Translate high-level strategy into well-crafted execution.
  • Plan, carry out and lead the conceptualization of creative concepts/campaigns.
  • Be proactive and take initiative on ideation for various campaigns, always bring something to the table.
  • Own, drive and execute the process of producing sell-in material (such as catalogues).
  • Ultimately responsible for all large photoshoots (incl. budget, plan, structure, overall creative idea and outcome).
  • Responsible for graphic/brand profile; content, design & usage in all channels.
  • Responsible specifier and project management towards third parties (e.g. Studios, photographers etc.).
  • Create material to website, ads, newsletters, print, display windows etc.
  • Make the selection of all imagery (both campaigns & e-com).
About you:
You have the ability to work both creative and structured, with multiple projects simultaneously. You have a deep understanding in branding & communication, are sensible to trends and you have a lot of creative ideas. You are an experienced project leader, structured, resourceful and solution oriented. You have previous experience in working with photography and retouch as well as setting and owning a budget.
Requisite Education and Experience:
  • Degree marketing or Art Direction.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience and proven track record in the role as Art Director .
  • Extensive experience in working with printworks.
  • Experience of digital marketing as well as traditional marketing/communication.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in image management / retouch.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint).

Arbetsuppgifter
  • Initiera och hantera relationer med influencers
  • Vara med och skapa digitala kampanjer, från brief till uppföljning
  • Hantera, organisera och utveckla arbetet med influencer marketing globalt
  • Kontinuerlig uppföljning och rapportering gällande uppsatta mål
Kvalifikationer
  • Ett starkt engagemang och ett stort intresse för att arbeta med sociala medier
  • Social, kommunikativ och ambitiös lagspelare
  • Erfarenhet av eller starkt intresse för influencer marketing och sociala medier
  • God kunskap inom Photoshop är meriterande
