PERFORMANCE & GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER

Röhnisch is currently looking for an experienced Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist to join our growing E-commerce team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and growing our entire customer acquisition apparatus, from upper to lower funnel activities. Your mission will be to find and evaluate new, creative, effective and on-brand acquisition channels, across markets.
Responsibilities:
  • Development and execution of customer acquisition strategy across all channels
  • Setting up, monitoring and evaluating overall acquisition funnel and per channel
  • Developing and evaluating our attribution model
  • Develop and monitor our customer loyalty strategy across all channels
  • Responsible for entire paid acquisition budget, forecasting and growth targets
  • Development and execution of creative awareness and acquisition-driven campaigns in paid and owned channels (including newsletter, SEO)
  • Insight-driven, on-brand content creation for all paid campaigns, including hands-on copywriting and coordination of visual content creation
  • Ongoing campaign management and optimization on paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and Google Ads
  • Setting up methodology for testing, evaluating & optimize targeting, messaging, creatives
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other marketing areas to align overall Brand and communication
About you:
  • Minimum 3years experience from paid social media and digital marketing at an agency, in-house or freelance
  • Obsessed with digital marketing, avid searcher of industry insights and always informed on latest developments in digital, paid marketing and ecommerce
  • Capable copywriter and 100% fluent in English, written and verbally
  • Highly organized and experienced project leader with track record of managing budget
  • Experience in SEO

E-COMMERCE ANALYTICS MANAGER

Röhnisch is currently looking for an experienced E-Commerce Analytics Manager to join our growing E-commerce team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and owning our E-commerce Controlling systems and processes, securing a clear overview of sell-through, profitability and traffic performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and follow up on E-commerce P&L and provide reasons on biggest deviations to budget and key business decisions (incl. product development & purchase)
  • Support the Head of E-commerce to coordinate, set and input on operational budgets and forecasts, in line with company beliefs and long-term financial plans for the global e-commerce business
  • Based on data and learnings; share and implement business ideas and potential future actions (international expansion) to improve profitability
  • Create business cases for larger ecom development investments, tech requirements and plans together with team manager
  • A/B test different messaging and content in a structured way to drive improvement in ecommerce performance
  • Work closely with our paid and social media specialists to design a commercial content plan that drives growth for the ecommerce site
  • Manage and update the site continuously, including adding and updating products and landing pages
  • Create reports on e-commerce performance and user behaviour KPIs including analysis of trends per product, per market and traffic source as well as pure ecommerce data such as AoV, CR, site performance etc.
  • Daily merchandising to make sure the right products and content are displayed in the right place (taking into account margin, stock levels, communication calendar and other collaborations)
About you:
  • Minimum University Bachelor degree in Economics
  • Minimum 3 years of e-commerce analytics, merchandising and content management experience with strong track record
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (old Demandware), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Centre, Google Shopping and Yotpo is preferred
  • Proven both commercial and technical experience from ecommerce expansion globally
  • Fluent in English

Vi söker nu en praktikant till vår marknadsavdelning med fokus inom sociala medier. Vi söker dig som vill vara en del i ett framgångsrikt team, du förväntas att ta eget ansvar, alltid med Röhnisch bästa i fokus.
Arbetsuppgifter
  • Initiera och hantera relationer med influencers
  • Vara med och skapa digitala kampanjer, från brief till uppföljning
  • Hantera, organisera och utveckla arbetet med influencer marketing globalt
  • Kontinuerlig uppföljning och rapportering gällande uppsatta mål
Kvalifikationer
  • Ett starkt engagemang och ett stort intresse för att arbeta med sociala medier
  • Social, kommunikativ och ambitiös lagspelare
  • Erfarenhet av eller starkt intresse för influencer marketing och sociala medier
  • God kunskap inom Photoshop är meriterande
