Role Overview:

As E-commerce Sales Support at Röhnisch, you'll be at the forefront of our e-commerce operations, providing personalized support to our valued customers. From handling inquiries and orders to resolving issues and promoting products, you'll contribute to creating seamless shopping experiences across various touchpoints. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively engage with customers to maximize sales opportunities and provide tailored recommendations. 

  • Address customer inquiries, orders, returns, complaints, and exchanges promptly and efficiently. 

  • Provide active customer service support via email, phone calls, chat, and social media platforms. 

  • Coordinate inventory management and product listings to optimize e-commerce operations. 

  • Offer valuable feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 

Key Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal. 

  • Experience with business systems such as Centra and Zendesk. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

Wholesale Representative – Norway

Röhnisch is seeking a motivated and proactive Wholesale Representative to join our Wholesale team. This position is based at our Oslo office and serves as a maternity leave cover for at least 1 year, with the potential for continuation. We are searching for a dynamic individual with strong networking skills and a knack for building enduring customer relationships. We offer a full-time position in a rapidly growing company that values hands-on, innovative problem-solving, with an immediate start. 


  • Plan and execute business strategies to achieve sales and distribution targets. 

  • Identify, engage, and develop prospective accounts, ensuring effective territory management aligned with the brand strategy. 

  • Regularly visit assigned customers, fostering long-term business relationships. 

  • Monitor sales trends during the season, identifying in-season sales opportunities, and maintaining active communication with partners regarding products and brand positioning. 

  • Develop proactive proposals to foster relationships and increase market share. 

  • Identify new prospects in line with the brand's positioning strategy, cultivating opportunities within established business partnerships. 

  • Conduct meetings with current and prospective partners to present upcoming collections. 

  • Handle administrative tasks such as order placement, processing, sending order confirmations, supporting the Logistics team by monitoring shipping processes, and assisting the Finance team by following up on payments. 

  • Conduct seasonal store visits to wholesale partners, providing product training, maintaining and enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring our products are presented according to company standards. 

You are/have: 

  • A results-driven and highly passionate sales professional. 

  • Three years of proven experience in wholesale and/or retail. Experience in the sports industry, particularly in the golf segment, is a significant advantage. 

  • A service-oriented personality willing to go the extra mile to serve and develop our wholesale partners. 

  • Fluent in spoken and written English. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leading by example through open dialogue. 

  • Structured and well-organized. 

  • Savvy user of business systems 

  • Flexible in your working schedule, as the role involves moderate travel. 

  • Drivers license
