E-commerce Sales Support

About Us: Röhnisch is seeking a dedicated E-commerce Sales Support member to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As part of our E-commerce Team, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience and driving business growth. 

Role Overview: As E-commerce Sales Support at Röhnisch, you'll be at the forefront of our e-commerce operations, providing personalized support to our valued customers. From handling inquiries and orders to resolving issues and promoting products, you'll contribute to creating seamless shopping experiences across various touchpoints. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively engage with customers to maximize sales opportunities and provide tailored recommendations. 

  • Address customer inquiries, orders, returns, complaints, and exchanges promptly and efficiently. 

  • Provide active customer service support via email, phone calls, chat, and social media platforms. 

  • Coordinate inventory management and product listings to optimize e-commerce operations. 

  • Offer valuable feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 

Key Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal. 

  • Experience with business systems such as Centra and Zendesk. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
