Outdoor training
Training is not limited to the gym – the greatest adventures await outside its walls. Here we have gathered a selection of training apparel and everything you need for your outdoor workouts.
Our garments are designed for different types of weather conditions and activities. It’s important to stay dry and warm so you can focus on your training instead of the weather.
For rainy or windy days, you’ll find windproof and waterproof jackets and outdoor trousers, while our vests are perfect for the transitional seasons. For colder climates, we offer insulated options such as our lined tights and pile fleece jackets. On the coldest days, we have stylish winter jackets to keep you warm, and don’t forget a pair of warming mittens to avoid cold hands. Remember to wear reflective gear if you’re heading out when it’s dark.
With a wide range of fits and styles, we offer clothing for every adventure – whether you’re hiking, trail running, or simply enjoying a walk. Our garments are designed to give you the freedom and comfort you need to explore and enjoy nature in your own way.
Here are three simple exercises for your outdoor workout:
Bench dips:
Sit on the edge of a rock or bench with your hands placed beside your hips. Lift your body slightly and lower yourself by bending your elbows, then push yourself back up again.
Interval training between points:
Use tree trunks or lamp posts as markers and alternate between fast and slow running between them.
Walking lunges:
Move forward by performing lunges – keeping about a 90-degree angle in both knees. You can also do the exercise against a rock or bench: lower your body until both knees are at a 90-degree angle, then push yourself back up again.
