RETURNS POLICY
If you should regret your purchase, the goods can easily be returned. Röhnisch applies a 30-day right of return and offers a return service where you send the goods back using the enclosed return label. The return shipping cost is 19,90 USD. Once the returned goods are received, the garments are checked and then the refunded amount is reduced with the return shipping costs, i.e. the cost of the return is debited from the original invoice.
When changing colour, size or product, return shipping costs will not be charged. Make sure you provide the new order number on the return slip. Read more information about exchanges under the heading “Exchanges”.
The goods must be in their original condition, in the original packaging and with all the labels attached. The return will not be accepted if the garment has been worn or washed. Underwear in broken packaging can not be returned for health and hygiene reasons. For swimwear, the same right of return and exchange is applied as for other goods. For hygiene reasons, plastic protection and labels must be intact on swimwear.
Röhnisch's right of return is 30 days and is calculated from the day the shipment was received. If the shipment has been delivered to a service point, the time is calculated from the day of collection.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
- 1. Enter the reason for the return on the enclosed return slip and send it together with the products you wish to return. Please reuse the packaging in which the goods were delivered.

- 2. Use the prepaid return label that came with the order and attach it to the return package. Attach the proforma invoice outside of the package.

- 3. Return the package to an agent, self-service box or arrange pick up that matches the carrier stated on the return label.
Remember to ask for a receipt with a tracking number when dropping off the return package. This is your insurance if the package should disappear. Please note that the prepaid return label must be used for the shipment. If a return label or return slip is missing or lost, new ones can be sent. Please contact our customer service in this event.
REFUNDS
Once the return has been logged at Röhnisch, you will be notified by e-mail. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the package and using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The return shipping cost will be debited from the original invoice. The refund is reduced by the return shipping cost of 19,90 USD
EXCHANGES
Place a new order stating the required size/colour and then return the product by following our returns policy. Contact our customer service at
support@rohnisch.com and enter the new order number to receive free shipping for the exchange (when exchanging goods below the free shipping limit). No return shipping costs are paid for exchanges.
CLAIMS
In the event of a claim for defective goods or incorrect deliveries, contact our customer service. Röhnisch is of course responsible for return shipping for approved claims and incorrectly delivered goods.
