Tell us about your relationship with training—why is it so important to you?
Training is important to me because it makes me feel good on so many different levels—that’s what I love most about movement. Exercise boosts my confidence, endurance, physical and mental strength, and flexibility; it improves my mood and generally inspires me a lot. The feeling afterward is unbeatable.

How did you become interested in Pilates/Reformer?
I did some Pilates when I was younger to strengthen my core while training for half marathons. I quickly noticed a huge difference and was fascinated by how a strong core and back improved my running. The more I learn, the more I love it! Right now, I’m especially fond of reformer – an amazing and unique workout for the whole body.

What are you favorites in the collection?
I love the Legacy set! The tights are very comfortable and soft, and I like that the sports bra is minimalist with a really nice back. My favorite is the long-sleeved jacket—it has a perfect fit that follows the body and pockets where I can store my phone and keys during my workout. It’s truly a perfect outfit for the gym, a walk, or a Pilates class.
The ribbed set with flare tights looks so stylish paired with a white shirt or sweatshirt on the way to a workout, and the short ribbed shorts with a matching sports bra are perfect for a Hot Pilates class or for spring and summer with stylish sneakers and a cozy sweater on top.

What are your best tips for incorporating movement into everyday life?
Find classes or inspiration online, for example, through my platform, The Retreat. Being able to bring your workouts and classes with you while traveling, or simply having them at home when you can’t make it to a studio or gym, is a great way to easily incorporate exercise.
Another tip is to combine movement with social or work settings—hang out with friends on a walk or during a workout, and take meetings while walking.

What do you get the most questions about on your social channels?
Many people ask me how to follow their own path. For me, it has been a necessity for my well-being. Whenever I’ve gone against my values, dreams, and feelings, it has often manifested physically in my body.
It’s not always the easiest path, but in the end, it’s worth dedicating your life to what you truly love, are good at, and have a deep passion for.
